LPT: It’s easier to remember the year someone was born, and calculate their age in your head, than it is to remember how old someone is. As you get older, you will usually underestimate how old someone is. This method works for me. For your friends’ kids whom you haven’t seen in years, my rule of thumb is to roughly double how old you think they are.
