Belated Christmas Dinner at the In-Laws Turkey deboned, and separated into breasts, and legs that were stuffed with pistachio and cranberry stuffing. Lard and goose fat roasted potatoes. Swede, braised cabbage, homemade cranberry sauce and gravy from the trim. The only thing we didn’t make was the yorkshires, and the 70s crockery.
