What poorly rated hotels did have/end up booking only to find out it was not that bad? Often some good rated places either fail us completely or perhaps had an off night specifically for us. Sometimes we end up being desperate in a place with no more space and have to settle for less. But what were instances of actually badly reviewed places that turned out to be not that bad in the end?
