For those with bodies that don’t like to idle a lot during long commutes like flying, how do you deal with that?

For those with bodies that don't like to idle a lot during long commutes like flying, how do you deal with that? My body likes to ache if I idle too long even for 30 minutes. How do you deal with that during long commutes like in planes? I can't just stand up and move around all the time. 🙁 Thank you for reading and hopefully answering. 🙂
