Physician, 457 account - traditional or Roth? I am lucky to be working at a university that has a 457 option. My salary is >300k, with 60k coming from the university and the rest from seeing patients. I can put 23,000 (23,500 upcoming) and the options are traditional pre-tax vs Roth.
