How can I get my camera to focus without fixing on a target? I've have a Nikon 6006 film camera. I'm no camera expert and usually put it on the automatic settings and click and shoot. However, I find that I need to focus on a 'target' to get the camera to take a picture. This means if I want to take a picture of anything far off or in the sky (birds/planes) it makes this mechanical noise of trying to ad...
