LPT if you can't think of a gift for your partner, here is a budget friendly and impactful gift idea go to your photos, create a folder "favourites to print" put all the best pics you can find in there, go to somewhere you can print them out on a machine (we have them in our supermarkets) cheaply, then go buy a photo album that will hold however many photos you printed off. i just did this for my wife who can never tell me anything she wants......
