What are these stripes in the background?
What are these stripes in the background? Posted on instagram by photographer Norman Jean Roy. Cover for Vanity fair. To me it looks similar to some noise reduction or compression artifact, but according to what I’ve seen, compression usually doesn’t form straight stripes like these. Thoughts? 😋
