What could I improve?
What could I improve? First picture is with makeup and second one without. I would like to have a more even skin tone and the eye bags also bother me. I have tried BB Creams before but it didn't really match my skin tone? It's really difficult to find anything that matches my skin tone- I'm from Europe if thats important.
