Why does my makeup look so plain?
Why does my makeup look so plain? Ignore hair lol. I dont feel like my makeup ever "pops". But when it does, it feels too heavy. I think it's my skin that's pulling my look down(?). I want a little more depth and glow with some color that lasts. Any tips with actual product recommendations? (My skin is dry and textured from acne scars)
