Season Inventory? Did you carry seasonal products this year? If so, a couple questions:
Were your estimates of sales volume close to actual? Did this leave you with insufficient or excess inventory? If you have excess seasonal products, will you store them for next year as carry over? Or liquidate? If you were insufficient, what was the cause? Better than expect...
