Is the focal length stated on Canon EF-S lenses the actual the focal length adjusting for the crop factor, or is it just using the same focal length factor from EF lenses? Sorry for the (somewhat) janky English, but; I was wondering if the focal length written on EF-S lenses the actual focal length that it can shoot from (for example: 18mm from an 18-55mm kit lens actually being 18mm) and it not being cropped due to the APS-C sensor crop factor.
