LPT Chocolate for dipping fruit, cookies Chocolate candy bars and, especially, chocolate chips, don't work as well as the chocolate designed specifically for dipping. It's sold in little tubs in the cake-decorating section of my local market (in the USA). (Chocolate chips are made expressly so they don't melt in baked goods.)
