Which city in Cambodia/Laos is the best for shopping/markets? I will be visiting the following - Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Luang Prabang, Vang Vieng. I wanted to know which city has the best value for money markets. I don’t have anything particular I wanted to buy but mostly lightweight things I can carry in my luggage.
