Would you recommend 401k or Roth? -Age: 25 -72k total comp Which one - Roth 401k or Roth IRA would you recommend loading up on? What are the advantages of each for retirement savings? Regardless, I will likely arrange to have 15% of net deducted into retirement contributions.
