Withdrawal from mutual fund to pay off "mortgage" my father lent me? Hey all. I'm 31. I have about 8k in a checking account, 22k in a mutual fund. And. 70k in my 401k retirement account. I make $23/hour. Question is, I owe my dad about $16k for a loan he gave me to buy a $60k house about 8 years ago.
