Duck-Shoyu Ramen with Yuzu Duck Shoyu Ramen with Yuzu at Torimatsu in Odawara. The shoyu bowl was as fantastic as their Shio kinmedai bowl, hard to pick between them. The soup is made with Oyamadori chicken and duck. It has that typical duck depth and some great “roastiness” to it. The yuzu is plenty and adds a great citrus twist.
