Question! Do you apply your full skincare routine under makeup, such as toner, serum, moisturizer, and eye cream? I use this products I feel like using all these products makes my makeup move around and separate, but if I only use moisturizer, my skin doesn’t get enough hydration. It doesn’t make a difference even if I let the skincare products dry for hours.
