Is there a large difference between f1.4 and f2.8 FF 23mm in terms of low-light performance? I'm asking as a newcomer to photography. I just bought a Sony a7cr with an expensive kit lens that has f2.8 Sony FE 23mm. I'm living here in the cold wintry north where it is dark for 7 months a year and rains horizontally 12 months a year (overcast a lot) and think I need more light.
