question from somebody who's never worn lipstick this is a dumb question from someone who never ever wears makeup - and i mean never wears ANY. i do nail polish and that's it, if it even counts. but recently i've kinda wanted to start wearing lipstick or something on occasions where i dress up nice, but since i've never used it before, i don't know how to tell if i'm missing steps or anything?...
