$90/k Salary - Deciding on Rent I make $90k a year. No debt, no car payment, nothing like that. Only monthly expensives are insurance, phone, and tv. I’m currently between 2 apartments. One is 10/10, dream apartment, but rent is $1650. Other is 7/10, completely fine, but a little ugly, and only $1250. What should I do? My current leaning is to do the $1650 and enjoy this next...
