Can I afford this co-op? And should I go for it? I'm 26, and make about 69k. No debt, no big monthly expenses (I don't drive.) I want to buy a co-op that is in direct view of the George Washington bridge for about 160k. I have probably 20k for a down payment if I considered that I spend about 10k in fees.
