Is the NYX Fat Oil Lip Drip hydrating?
Is the NYX Fat Oil Lip Drip hydrating? I get dry and chapped lips all the time, especially during the winter months. I like to use lip products that are lip oils, as I find products that contain lanolin or linalool to be drying at times. The NYX lip oils look like a fun product! Are they actually hydrating, or are they more of just a basic lip gloss?
