On eBay, how do I block all bids and purchases from people outside the USA? This is such an obvious feature I assume I must be missing it somewhere on ebay? I have blocked all other countries yet still end up with people from other countries winning my auction then messaging me to back out apparently not having realized the item is not in their country.
