Is it weird just have concealer on under eyes and no other makeup? I’ve never done makeup really ever in my life and I’m 22 so I’m sorry if this is a stupid question. At most, I’ve done mascara and lip gloss, but from there I’m very clueless. I’m a VERY pale person and my under eyes are very blue/slightly veiny as a result. I was wondering if I could just wear concealer on my under eyes without it looking unnat...
