Never used a 3PL before…tell me what mistakes you’ve made so that I don’t have to make them myself!
Never used a 3PL before...tell me what mistakes you've made so that I don't have to make them myself! Currently have a tiny warehouse but thinking of ramping up over the next year, and since I don't want to deal with the logistics and extra employees and costs, etc., I want to use a 3PL. But I don't know what to even look for or what to look out for...any insight would be awesome!
