Currently in the process of closing on a 360k home. I locked in a 6.25% rate on a 30 year conventional with 20% down. Mortgage P&I is about $1800/month. I am very debt averse and I'd like to pay off the loan in ~5 years ($5300/month).
Is this crazy? Am I leaving money on the table by not...
