Should I make extra payments on mortgage if I plan to move? My mortgage is currently at 6.75%. We plan to have a kid and so we plan to move to a bigger house in a 3-5 years. HYSA are all below 5% right now. Is it worth to make extra payments to the mortgage or keep it in a HYSA until we have enough cash for a larger deposit to a new house?
