20k saved for a down payment, waiting 1 year to save more. What can I do with the 20k in the mean time?
20k saved for a down payment, waiting 1 year to save more. What can I do with the 20k in the mean time? It seems like a waste to leave it in my savings account. Is there a better thing to do with it knowing we don’t plan on spending it for another year? And since I’ll be aggressively saving until next fall for a down payment, should I invest what I save in a specific way?
