hey guys, what r ways to make my eyes less boring and more appealing? im blessed with natural long lashes, but my eyes always seems so dead and stuff. not to mention, i do get enough sleep but i got ugly eyebags that cant be helped pretty sure its genetics at this point. im not too familiar with eyeshadow, but dont mind learning. open to suggestions 🙂 thanks!
