Avoiding clipped highlights – exposure triangle or EV compensation?
Avoiding clipped highlights - exposure triangle or EV compensation? My camera shows me when I’m overexposing and clipping highlights so that I can make adjustments. I normally just stop down the EV compensation. But would it be better to adjust the aperture or shutter speed to let less light in? Or doesn’t it matter?
