25% of my shares just vested at work and I'm not sure if I should hold or sell context - I'm 26 years old, single, low expenses and no debt. When i started at my job they gave me a stock grant and 25% of the shares just vested. The stock has appreciated quite a bit since I got my grant and if I were to sell the 25% today, it's worth $30k. Long term goals, I'd like to a buy a single family home and rent it out to diversify ...
