Should I Convert my IRA to a ROTH IRA A little background - had a 401K IRA at my old firm, when I left, transferred the funds out and it is currently sitting in Fidelity as a "Rollover IRA" - it is just sitting there with 28k currently, only invested in 5 separate ETFs.
