Just had the most surreal experience with DHS at JFK I travel to NY a lot as I have family but this time it was different. Came up to the DHS agent after exiting the plane and gave him my passport and form. He quickly looks through them and then says « Welcome back! » while smiling. At first I was dumbfounded and wasn’t sure if I heard him right or if I was still sleeping dreaming in the plane but...
