Emergency fund size for co-op apartment I know the recommended amount to have in savings is 1% – 4% of your home's value, but does that apply to co-ops with monthly maintenance fees? I'm just beginning the search with my partner and trying to figure out what is financially feasible. I'm guessing it'll depend on the co-op apartment, but curious if there's general thoughts
