Transit Visa AMS SFO-DXB layover in AMS, Passenger details: Philippine passport holder, work visa h1B in the US, tourist visa for Dubai. I have checked all 3 sites, first 2 says no need for transit visa, IATA says I need one:
KLM https://klm.traveldoc.aero/ Called them as well, and they said that their "general information" says no need. Netherlands gov site...
