Is Mehron Mixing Liquid lip safe?
Is Mehron Mixing Liquid lip safe? I'd like to use it as a top coat for sealing my lipsticks. Has anyone used it this way and what have your results been? I'm currently using it to make eyeliner from powder eyeshadow and it's working well.
