Influencer Manager: To those that manage influencers and work under an agency, is your pay commission only or salaried + commission? I'm looking into different manager roles at digital agencies but was curious on what the standard is for pay? Should I stay away from commission only roles within agencies that manage creators even if the agency is reputable?
