Is it normal for lens flare to not start at the edge of the frame?
Is it normal for lens flare to not start at the edge of the frame? This is taken with a canon r8 + sigma art 85mm (adapted to rf) I notice that whenever I get flaring from overhead lights, it always occurs offset from tbe edge of the frame. This looks much worse than if the flare was present but went all the way to the edge. Is this typical behavior on any lens? A quirk of the sigma art 85mm? Something wrong wi...
