Can someone explain what and index fund is and why I should invest in it? Im pretty new and make less then min wage. Im thinking about saving some money and investing in and index fund but im unsure how it works. Its stock market so that means if it goes down I lose my money right? What is the risk of losing my money? I also supposed to save it for years and not touch it right? Why not just save it in a high interest ...
