Oil rights gifted to me as a kid I have a signed letter from my father and a witness granting me oil, gas, and mineral rights to 320 acres of land in Texas. I also have a copy of an oil lease between Exxon and my dad for the same land. My birthday letter is from when I was 6 and I’m 43 now.
