Meat Church salmon on my Traeger
Meat Church salmon on my Traeger Smoked a 3 lb salmon fillet on my Traeger. Used Meat Church Honey Hog rub and halfway through brushed the fillet with a combo of melted butter and maple syrup. The flavor was a wonderful mix of smoky, sweet and spicy.
