In network doctor sending tissue sample to out of network lab? Hi, I had minor oral surgery with an in-network oral surgeon (on my dental insurance). The oral surgeon sent a tissue sample to an out-of-network lab and now they want to charge me around $500 for the pathology exam and report. Does the No Surprises Act cover something like this? I thought that if I went to any in-network doctor, I am not respon...
