Do the Speedpost kiosks at inside Singapore Changi Airport departures still exist? My partner accidentally purchased something duty free that he won't be able to take on his next flight. There isn't much information online about the 28 kiosks from which you can supposedly send such items and I've never noticed them, although I haven't been looking for them.
