Hiring a VA via onlinejobs.ph and using Wise as payment..is this still good route to go in 2024? anyone have experience doing this with a business doing 5k orders a month? Looking to hire our first VA for customer service rep and plug them into our CRM to answer emails daily.. we have about 30-50 emails a day to handle, should only be around 2-3 hours of work a day. Wondering if we can hire a VA from website like onlinejobs or something simliar.. not sure if this is best route in 2024 are there better sites now or...
