On a scale of 1 to 10 how big of a problem (if at all) is lack of data understanding in an ecommerce business? Just as the title says - also, what steps have you taken to understand the data in your business a lot better? What type of decisions have you made as a result of understanding your data (Conversion rates, Cost of Goods Sold, Return on Ads Spend, etc)? How much can it hinder your business if you don't understand these things?
