I really want to elevate my makeup look like this influencer. Tips? My makeup looks very boring and I want to look more “done up” like picture 1. Picture 2 is my current everyday makeup. Any tips on how I can achieve makeup like the first picture? It seems like no matter how much concealer I wear, I cannot brighten the under eye like pic 1. Maybe I need to change my products? Thanks!
