Since taxes are changing end of this year, would it be better to roll over all pre-tax 401k/IRA into a Roth 401k/IRA?

Since taxes are changing end of this year, would it be better to roll over all pre-tax 401k/IRA into a Roth 401k/IRA? I have some amount in both my pre-tax 401k (Fidelity) and IRA (Vanguard). I was thinking about rolling all the pre-tax money into a Roth and pay the taxes right now for 2024 since the tax act passed in 2017 are close to expiring. What would be your suggestion to this? Good idea to change or leave it alone and worry about it later?
