How do I think about buying a starter home now vs saving and buying a nicer home later?
How do I think about buying a starter home now vs saving and buying a nicer home later? I'm ok with renting and putting all excess into the market but I am beginning to look into RE given that I like my city and job. Assuming I move assets to a less volatile bucket and/or the market is stable for a while, I could have ~175k in fairly liquid funds, post tax within 1 year.
