what's a tv show that would be a lot more depressing if it wasn't a comedy. it's a long time since I've seen an episode of it but I say Married with Children since if you take away the comedy/laugh tracks then it would be rather more mean-spirited show consider how Dysfunctional the Bundy Family can really be at times and how close to Poverty the family get sometimes, it would be rather depressing if it was not a comedy...
